CATalyst racing down the straightaway. Upper/left pic links to
movie of racing on track (4.3MB); lower/right links to movie entering
hot pits (4.6MB).

Apollo did herself proud, racing 2.5 days and
easily beating the other stock-class car (Kentucky.) Her racing
ended when the motor mount broke half-way through the third day.
On left/top, she's getting ready to leave the pit after a break to
charge: Lindsay's by the car, Brad's on the barrier, James and Bart are
in the foreground, Jillian (?) in the car. The orange-shirt fellow is
an inspector. On the right/bottom: Apollo racing. Both pics
are linked to 4.6MB movies.

CATalyst in the "hot pit": we raced with "knobby" moped tires on both
cars, so they hardly ever needed tire changes. How to be sure:
jack the car up and roll the tires past (in this case) Francis' sharp
eyes. In foreground is Chris Weber, on the jack are Woody and
Bart, I think. Both MN and Rolla also raced on knobbies; Mizzou
did not, and lost ground to us when the sun came out because Ecopias
don't thrive at Heartland at speed.
