The VCO and PA were simulated with Agilent ADS.
The results of an ac simulation are shown above, m1 is the PA and m2 is
the VCO. From the plot we see that the frequency offset is nearly
correct (needs some adjustment). The bandwidth of the PA/filter is
about 20 MHz, which is a little less than the spec of 24 MHz.
