The T/R switch consists of one FET that is turned on or
off by a control voltage. The FET was designed to have less than
2dB of loss when on and to have minimal affect on the matching network.
The size of the FET is 15/0.5 um. The simulated results when the
FET is on and off are shown below. The switch meets spec when on
and from the calculated capacitance it should have only a small affect
on the matching network.
