Some Helpful Hints for Giving Presentations

• Prepare an outline with these general parts
  1. Introduction/Objectives
  2. Methods Used
  3. Results
  4. Discussion/Conclusions

• Use visual aides to help make your point -- write on the chalk board, bring a prepared poster, use overhead projector, etc.

• If you are very nervous, practice & try to relax as much as possible (remember most people feel just like you do)

• Be yourself!

• Be creative!
